Capco is hiring a Data Engineer to build and operate data pipelines for regulated financial-services clients. The role connects data sources to Azure Databricks Bronze and Silver layers, implements transformations, mappings, business rules, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance controls, and supports APIs, Power BI, analytics, and AI use cases. The position is based in Bratislava or remote, requires a relevant university degree, at least three years of relevant development experience, SQL and Python skills, and hands-on Azure Databricks experience. The minimum gross monthly base salary is €2,500, with possible higher offers and discretionary bonus eligibility.
