Capco is hiring a full-time Data Engineer to design and develop data solutions for insurers and reinsurers, including data models, transformations, data hubs, data lakes, reporting platforms, and data warehouses. The role analyzes business requirements, leads internal and client teams, and requires at least five years of data-engineering or data-analytics experience, insurance data knowledge, DevOps and Agile experience, a relevant degree, and German and English language skills. The position offers remote work, a minimum gross monthly base salary of €2,500, and a permanent employment contract.
