Description
KKR is hiring a Data Engineer to lead the design, modernization, and scaling of data engineering capabilities for its Human Capital domain. The role owns the multi-year data engineering roadmap, target-state architecture, data models, pipelines, reporting platforms, integrations, governance, security, and privacy controls, and leads a team of data engineers and technical leads. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related technology roles, and expertise in modern data platforms, SQL, Python, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise Human Capital systems.
