Description

The Senior Manager, Software Engineer, Data Platform & Segmentation is an individual-contributor engineering role focused on the technical vision, architecture, and evolution of data platforms and segmentation capabilities for Customer and Commercial product teams. The role partners with product and business stakeholders, develops scalable data and machine learning pipelines, builds predictive and recommendation models, implements MLOps, and deploys reliable APIs and inference services. It requires 3–6 years of data, analytics, or backend engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, production ML experience, and expertise with Azure data platforms. The position is based in Atlanta, United States, with 0–25% travel, relocation support, and a base pay range of 124,600–148,200 USD; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of hands-on experience in data platform, analytics engineering, or backend engineering roles
Experience developing production machine learning models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, or equivalent
Experience preparing large datasets for machine learning, including cleansing, transformation, feature generation, and quality validation
Experience designing training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
Practical understanding of MLOps, including experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
Experience developing or integrating APIs and services used for model inference
Experience working with cloud-based data and ML platforms
