Description

This is a full-time, W2 Data Engineer bootcamp in Atlanta, Georgia, designed to train IT professionals in data pipelines, big data, cloud data warehousing, DevOps, and AI-assisted development. Participants receive hands-on training across nine weeks, placement support with Fortune 1000 clients, health, dental, and vision insurance, relocation and corporate housing support, and performance bonuses. Applicants need at least one year of professional Python and SQL experience, data-wrangling and Git experience, REST API knowledge, OOP understanding, basic statistics, and willingness to relocate to Atlanta and travel to client sites.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 1 year of professional coding experience using Python and SQL regularly
At least 1 year of Python as a core part of the job, including scripts, pipelines, automation, or data processing
Hands-on data wrangling experience cleaning, transforming, and handling messy real-world datasets
Git version control experience in a team environment
REST API experience in Python, including endpoints, JSON parsing, and authentication
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming in real production code
Preferred Qualifications: Big data tooling exposure with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, Hive, or Flink
Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially data or storage services
Data warehouse or BI tool experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, or Power BI
NoSQL database experience with MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or similar
DevOps basics including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or containerized data environments
Active GitHub profile with Python scripts, ETL projects, or data pipeline work
Familiarity with data governance, GDPR, HIPAA, or security compliance requirements
