Description
Doctronic is hiring its first dedicated Data Engineer to own end-to-end production data engineering, including CDC pipelines from MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB into S3, Iceberg, and Snowflake; dbt transformations; orchestration and alerting; PHI access controls and HIPAA Safe Harbor compliance; a governed data warehouse; and data support for AI model training. The role requires 5+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python, ELT/CDC pipeline experience, modern lakehouse and warehouse technology, AWS fundamentals, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $200,000 to $275,000 annually plus equity, with 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
