Description
The Data Engineer will design and develop the EVN Data Lakehouse Platform on Azure and Databricks, establish standards and monitor scalability, optimize performance and costs, advise on data processing and model deployment, support Data Engineers, collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams, evaluate new technologies, and build self-service capabilities for business departments. The role requires computer science or comparable vocational training, several years of enterprise data-platform experience, Azure and CI/CD knowledge, SQL and Databricks expertise, and German and English proficiency. It is based in Maria Enzersdorf, starts immediately, and is full-time.
