Description
The shipyard is hiring a full-time Data Engineer to design, implement, and operate an on-premises lakehouse architecture, develop and optimize ETL and data pipelines, modernize Snowflake data warehouse structures, ensure data quality and availability, translate business requirements into data solutions, and contribute to DevOps. The role requires a relevant degree, data engineering experience, SQL and Python skills, and experience with modern data warehouse or lakehouse architectures; knowledge of Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, Trino, Nessie, Lakekeeper, SQLMesh, Linux, GitLab, or Oracle is advantageous.
