Jane Street is hiring a Data Engineering intern to explore data engineering problems through classes, discussions, and two real projects. The intern will investigate unfamiliar datasets, write Python, SQL, and OCaml code, use open-source and proprietary tools, ingest and transform structured and unstructured data, and monitor data quality. The role is mentored by full-time Data Engineers and includes exposure to business context from data users.
