The role covers ETL/ELT architecture, database design and optimization, cloud integration, API development, data governance, security, observability, and collaboration with knowledge, data science, development, project management, and privacy teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4–7+ years of data engineering experience, and expertise in SQL, Python or Scala, cloud platforms, orchestration, distributed systems, and data security.
