Ohr is hiring a Data Engineer to build and maintain secure data pipelines connecting Google Drive, Microsoft GCC High, Slack, Claude, laboratory instruments, and other platforms. The role owns schema design, ingestion, cleaning, standardization, orchestration, monitoring, data quality, and documentation, while partnering with San Diego scientists to integrate LIMS, ELN, HPLC, and GC data. It is a remote position open to candidates in the United States, requiring 4–8 years of data or backend engineering experience, strong SQL and Python, and familiarity with production pipelines, APIs, and data quality. The annual base salary is $140,000–$200,000 plus equity, with medical coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
