Description
Qualitate is hiring a first dedicated Data Engineer to own the data infrastructure for its AI-native primary research platform. The role builds and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, integrations, AI-powered enrichment workflows, quality monitoring, and systems that ingest structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for research, AI moderation, and customer-facing intelligence. The engineer will work with TypeScript or Python, SQL, relational and non-relational databases, S3, AWS Bedrock, and potentially modern data warehouses and transformation tools, while partnering with Research, Applied AI, and Engineering. The position is full-time and in-person in New York City, with a base salary of $170,000–$200,000, a performance-based bonus, equity, and health coverage.
