Regard is hiring a Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, research, and product decisions. The role involves developing data models and transformations, improving data quality, operating and monitoring data platforms, investigating pipeline failures, and optimizing processing workloads and storage. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of data engineering experience, production pipeline and data model experience, Python and SQL proficiency, distributed data processing experience, cloud platform experience, and familiarity with LLM-assisted development.
