Sage Care is hiring a Data Engineer to own the full lifecycle of healthcare data, including fetching and storing HIPAA-compliant provider, referral, and patient information; building user-facing interfaces; and extracting semantic knowledge from unstructured data such as provider notes. The role combines data engineering, backend systems, and medical AI research, with a focus on scalable extraction, summarization, and knowledge representation for provider matching, scheduling, referral recommendations, and AI voice agents.
