Experience operating large-scale RDBMS environments
Experience with query optimization, schema design, indexing, sharding, and performance tuning
Deep SQL understanding and complex query and schema design experience
Experience designing Data Warehouses and Data Marts
Experience designing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience with database replication, clustering, and failover/fencing configurations
Experience diagnosing and tuning performance issues in large-scale data environments
Experience establishing incident response and recovery processes for data pipelines
Hands-on experience operating at least one distributed data system
