Sigma is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to architect and manage production data pipelines across Snowflake and Databricks, build and optimize ETL pipelines, scale demo asset data, support data governance, and partner with infrastructure and analytics teams. The role requires 3+ years of data engineering experience, startup experience, API and cloud data platform knowledge, and familiarity with tools such as dbt, Python, and orchestration platforms. The base salary is $140,000–$180,000 annually, with stock options and a comprehensive benefits package; the role is in-office in San Francisco, New York City, London, or Sydney, with a 25% travel expectation.
