Synera is hiring a full-time Data Engineer to build and own the data foundation for its company-wide AI agent platform. The role owns the Timescale data warehouse, ETL pipelines, data models, APIs, retrieval and vector-search layers, reporting and forecasting, data quality, and agent-ready data access. It requires strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, LLM data-layer, API, and workflow experience, along with English communication and a German plus. The position is based in Bremen or remote in Germany, reports to Business Operations, and offers a basic salary of €61,000–€93,500 depending on level, plus flexible working and other benefits.
