The role focuses on data availability, integrity, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, collaboration with technical and business teams, documentation, and continuous improvement of data infrastructure. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in fintech or a fast-growing startup, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python coding and debugging skills, and AWS experience. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, with three office days per week, and pays $130,000 with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
