Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and cloud-based architectures supporting business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning. The role involves Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, data lakes and warehouses, AWS or another cloud provider, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, DBT, and shell scripting, while also mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews. It is a hybrid remote position based in Bucharest and requires a STEM bachelor's degree plus at least four years of data engineering or similar experience.
