VARITE India Private Limited is hiring a Clinical Data Engineer to build and maintain Databricks, Delta Lake, and medallion ETL pipelines that ingest real-world data from registries, claims, and EHR sources and transform it into OMOP and CDISC SDTM models. The role includes vocabulary and terminology mapping, AI/NLP-assisted mapping, validation, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and collaboration with clinical and data science stakeholders. Candidates need 8+ years of experience, strong Databricks and data engineering expertise, OMOP mapping experience, and familiarity with clinical research or pharma environments.
