Description
VARITE India Private Limited is hiring a GCP Data Engineer (TVC) to implement data ingestion, storage, and processing workflows on Google Cloud. The role supports legacy-to-BigQuery migrations, builds and operationalizes data pipelines with Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Composer, manages cloud infrastructure, implements data quality and governance controls, documents technical work, and troubleshoots ETL/ELT processes and SQL performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of data engineering experience, cloud and database expertise, and proficiency with Python, SQL, and Spark; BigQuery, migration tools, Airflow, Terraform, CI/CD, and Google Professional Data Engineer certification are preferred or required.
