Virtualitics is hiring a Data Engineer to build and own the data foundation for its AI-native readiness applications. The role involves designing scalable, secure pipelines, managing structured and unstructured data, partnering with machine learning and platform teams, automating data quality and observability, optimizing storage and query performance, and supporting DoD and commercial customer environments. The position is based in Washington, D.C., with on-site work at customer sites and secure facilities as required, plus remote flexibility. Candidates must hold an active US Government Security Clearance at SECRET or higher, have a relevant bachelor's degree, and have at least four years of data engineering or production pipeline experience.
