Fintech is hiring a hybrid Data Engineer in Tampa, Florida to modernize and scale its business intelligence capabilities. The role covers end-to-end data pipelines and integrations, Databricks workflows, Kafka and Apache NiFi applications, large-scale data processing, machine learning and MLOps pipelines, data governance, security, and emerging LLM and RAG solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of data engineering experience, including two years applying machine learning in production.
