Description
Comcast is hiring a Data Engineer (Engineer 3) for its Data Product Engineering Team to build, optimize, and support scalable cloud-native batch and streaming data pipelines for enterprise workforce, billing, and interaction datasets. The role works with high-volume distributed systems processing tens of terabytes of data and uses AWS, PySpark, Databricks, Kafka, Kubernetes, MWAA/Apache Airflow, and Python. Responsibilities include data pipeline development and tuning, production support and root-cause analysis, workflow orchestration, data warehousing, operational improvements, cross-functional collaboration, architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
