Movable Ink is hiring a Data Engineer, Event Data to build and operate event data systems that ingest, process, and serve client and internal event data at billions-of-events scale. The role involves designing streaming pipelines, analytical databases, Elixir and Python services, legacy-to-modern migrations, monitoring, data quality standards, and collaboration with data, product, and analytics teams. The position requires strong Elixir or Python, SQL, columnar/OLAP, stream processing, AWS, and infrastructure-as-code experience, with a base pay range of $130,000 CAD to $165,000 CAD plus potential bonus and benefits.
