Description
The company is hiring an Experienced Data Engineer - Field Engineer to support drilling operations worldwide. The role installs and maintains GEOLOG software and hardware, monitors drilling activity, provides onsite technical support, prepares technical reports and logs, collects and describes formation samples, and manages and trains surface logging team members. Candidates need a university degree in a relevant subject, at least 12 months of Data Engineer or Unit Manager experience, English communication skills, rig safety knowledge, and oilfield experience; introductory training on GEOLOG procedures and equipment is provided.
