Genesis10 is seeking a Data Engineer for a hybrid, 12+ month contract supporting a major financial institution in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on designing and developing a strategic data platform on Azure, starting with a reference data system for securities and pricing data and expanding to other domains. The engineer will coordinate with internal teams, establish data standards, and contribute to the Data Strategy team. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, full-stack Python/PySpark development, Azure and Azure Databricks expertise, strong SQL, API development, DevOps, and ETL/ELT knowledge. The pay range is up to $63.02 per hour, and the role requires three days onsite.
