Mastercard is hiring a Data Engineer I for its Launch Program 2027 in Arlington, Virginia. The role supports B&MI Data Foundations’ shared data services, platforms, and tooling, including data ingestion, processing, datasets, data quality, and research and customer data workflows. Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027, have relevant data technology knowledge, prior internship experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and familiarity with machine learning. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 and does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
