Description
The role collaborates with the HR Analytics team to build an HR reporting and projection tool. Responsibilities include designing data flows, implementing ingestion and transformation pipelines, performing complex data analysis, creating PowerBI visualizations, validating data quality, collecting requirements from global stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues. The position requires statistics and advanced data analysis, dashboarding, visualization tools, and stakeholder management; Python, R, and SQL are advantageous.
