US Tech Solutions is seeking a 12-month Data Engineering Lead to design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale AWS data engineering solutions. The role leads technical strategy and delivery, mentors Data Engineers, oversees data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, streaming, governance, observability, and cloud migration initiatives, and drives performance optimization and modernization. It requires extensive AWS and data engineering experience, including PySpark, Terraform, CI/CD, IAM, and AI-ready data pipelines, along with leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
