Description
MIGx is hiring a Data Engineer specialised in knowledge graphs and semantic technologies to build and operate Stardog knowledge graphs for fragmented life science data. The role owns the semantic layer end to end, from ontology and taxonomy modelling through SPARQL inference, data integration, CI/CD, quality checks, and deployment. It requires production knowledge-graph experience, semantic-web standards, Python and SQL, life science or healthcare data experience, and autonomy in agile teams. The position offers a hybrid work model and flexible schedule.
