Analytica is hiring a Technical Lead – Data Engineering to lead and contribute hands-on to the design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of modern data and analytics solutions in Databricks and AWS. The role guides and mentors engineers, supports scalable data pipelines and integrations, collaborates with architects and program leadership, and contributes to Agile delivery and production support. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions, Databricks and AWS expertise, Python or Spark proficiency, and relevant certifications. The position follows a hybrid schedule and requires candidates to be located in the DMV area.
