Sequoia Connect is hiring a remote Data Engineer Lead to design and build scalable cloud-native data platforms, develop production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, mentor engineers, and support data governance and architecture. The role requires strong experience with big data and cloud platforms such as Hadoop and Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL, Airflow, and NiFi, along with DevOps, testing, and observability knowledge. Java application development and cloud-native or AI coding experience are desired, and advanced oral English and Spanish are listed as languages.
