Description
The contractor will implement, configure, and operate Mayo Clinic's Globus Managed File Transfer platform in a GCP-hosted Data DMZ. Responsibilities include deploying Globus Connect Server, configuring storage gateways and data-transfer workflows, onboarding research users, providing Tier 1/2 support, managing secure large-scale transfers, maintaining platform health, optimizing performance, and supporting HIPAA, NIST, and Zero-Trust compliance. The role also involves establishing operational processes, supporting production readiness, and transferring documentation and knowledge to the Enterprise Interfaces team.
