Description
The UC Data Analytics Engineer will develop and maintain Splunk-based monitoring, data pipelines, dashboards, and service-quality analytics, along with Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Log Analytics. The role integrates data from multiple sources, identifies service issues and trends, collaborates with product, data, business, and engineering teams, and maintains documentation and compliance practices. Candidates need a BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, at least five years of Teams/UC operations and enterprise support experience, and hands-on Splunk, Azure, .NET, and C# skills.
