SimIS is recruiting an onsite contractor Data Engineer to support Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of United States Navy Undersea Warfare systems. The role involves test planning, data collection, data management, reconstruction, and analysis of structured and unstructured data, including verification and validation of data collection and accreditation plans. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, four years of data analysis experience, proficiency with data analysis tools and programming or statistical software, and experience with data collection planning and equipment coordination.
