Amgen India is hiring a full-time Translational Data Management, Automation, & AI Engineer for its Computational Biology team in Hyderabad. The role designs, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains biomarker and clinical data ingestion pipelines, implements data validation and quality controls, integrates Codex workflows and agentic automation, harmonizes clinical data, and develops Python, database, CI/CD, and containerization solutions. The position requires 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, 3+ years in data or platform engineering, and experience with clinical laboratory assays, Python, Databricks, workflow orchestration, cloud platforms, Git, and clinical data standards.
