CapTech is hiring a Data Engineering Associate Consultant to build and implement data systems, ingest and transform structured and unstructured data, develop scalable data processing pipelines, and leverage AI for pipeline development and validation. The role is part of a one-year Discovery Program and is available in Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Denver, Philadelphia, Reston/DC, and Richmond. Candidates must be graduating in December 2026–Spring/Summer 2027 with a relevant bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree, have relevant technical experience, and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The base pay range is $84,000–$88,000, with onsite work at client or CapTech locations and remote work permitted when compatible with client needs.
