Description
Loka is hiring a paid, full-time Data Engineering Intern for a three-month, fully remote engagement. The intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines; implement and optimize ETL processes; integrate data into warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouses; clean, validate, and transform data; develop data models and metrics; communicate with clients; and identify data quality and codebase improvements. The role requires basic Python, SQL, database, and dataset manipulation knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent English, with AWS, Spark, Airflow, data lakes, data warehouses, and Git listed as bonuses.
