Description
The Data Engineering Lead will design, build, and lead enterprise-scale data platforms supporting business intelligence, advanced analytics, reporting, AI, and data-driven decision-making. The role provides technical leadership across the full data engineering lifecycle, including scalable cloud data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL and data integration development, data governance, quality, observability, security, and operational excellence. The candidate will also mentor engineers, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 8–10+ years of data engineering experience, and at least 3 years leading technical data engineering teams.
