Description
The Data Engineering Lead is a hands-on, player-coach role reporting to the GM Data and AI Enablement and managing a team of Data Engineers. The role is roughly 80% engineering and 20% leadership, with responsibilities spanning cloud data platform design, machine learning and generative AI runtime infrastructure, technical standards, incident and governance processes, service-level accountability, hiring, and direct-report development. Candidates should be senior or principal data engineers with deep hands-on experience building and operating cloud data platforms, experience growing engineers, and experience deploying machine learning or generative AI in production.
