Data Engineering Lead - Data Quality Systems at Firmable

Firmable is hiring a Data Engineering Lead — Data Quality Systems to lead a small team of Applied AI Engineers building production systems that measure, verify, and enforce data quality across billions of company and people records in 13 markets. The role focuses on quality-systems architecture, verification and sampling pipelines, LLM-based validation harnesses, anomaly detection, release gates, incident remediation, and hands-on engineering while directing 3–5 engineers. It requires 7–10 years of experience building production data systems, strong Python and advanced SQL, LLM production experience, and experience with agentic IDEs.
