The Data Engineering Lead will build and lead a distributed MarTech data engineering team across Nordic countries and Latvia, combining technical leadership with people leadership. The role focuses on Azure Databricks, reliable data products, pipelines, lakehouse services, data quality, governance, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and scalable, cost-efficient engineering practices. Candidates should have strong Azure Databricks, PySpark/SQL, DBT, Azure Data Factory, cloud storage, and modern pipeline development expertise, along with experience in data modelling, lakehouse architecture, streaming, data governance, data quality, and platform engineering.
