Metriport is hiring a Data Engineering Leader to own the architecture, evolution, reliability, quality, and governance of its clinical data platform. The role involves setting technical direction across warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming processing, supporting AI/ML data needs, mentoring engineers, and eventually leading a group of engineers. Candidates need 8+ years of engineering experience, deep cloud-native data-stack expertise, strong software engineering fundamentals, and experience mentoring engineers; the role is based in San Francisco or the Bay Area or requires relocation.
