DATAPAO is hiring an Engineering Manager (Data) to lead a 5-6 person data engineering team and support EMEA customers with data engineering, machine learning, MLOps, and cloud migration projects. The role combines team management, mentoring, project delivery, and hands-on technical work, with a fully remote setup in Spain and quarterly office visits. The position offers a gross annual salary of 70,000 to 88,000 EUR, medical leave, private health insurance, learning benefits, and other employee benefits.
