DoorDash Brazil is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead and grow its data engineering team in the São Paulo hub. The role combines people leadership, hiring, coaching, and team development with technical leadership in enterprise-scale data architecture, embedded pods, and foundational data platforms. The manager will also serve as a technical expert for data engineers, data scientists, and partners, while driving reliability, quality, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term engineering strategy.
