Lake Michigan Credit Union is hiring a hybrid, full-time Manager, Data Engineering in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role leads the Data Engineering function, manages Senior Data Engineers, establishes enterprise data engineering standards, and oversees the design, delivery, reliability, security, and optimization of data pipelines, models, integrations, migrations, and self-service analytics products. The position requires 8+ years of progressive data engineering or related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platform expertise, SQL and Python proficiency, data architecture and governance knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and strong people and stakeholder leadership. Preferred qualifications include experience enabling predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, and MLOps workloads.
