OpenSesame is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead and grow a lean data engineering team and serve as the managerial and architectural lead for the company’s Snowflake-based data platform, enterprise integrations, data governance, observability, and AI-ready data systems. The role combines people management, team execution, stakeholder collaboration, and technical decision-making, with responsibilities including pipeline reliability, data quality, access management, lineage tracking, and architecture recommendations. The position is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the United States, with up to 15 days of travel per year for most employees.
