The role oversees goal setting, mentorship, AI-assisted software development lifecycles, coaching, performance management, regulatory communication, project prioritization, data pipelines, infrastructure, tooling, architecture, and reliability. Candidates need strong computer science, distributed systems, software design, data engineering, and leadership experience, including at least three years in a data-oriented leadership or management role and five years in software or data development. The position is remote or hybrid and offers a base salary of $165,000 to $200,000 USD.
