PENN Entertainment is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of its data engineering team, provide mentorship and performance management, manage regulated data workstreams, and collaborate with analytics, finance, compliance, and engineering teams on data pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling. The role requires strong computer science, distributed systems, software design, data architecture, and leadership experience, along with experience in regulated environments and cloud and database technologies. It is a remote position with a base salary of CAD 165,000–200,000.
